    I've never participated in online challenges but I am inspired this month to participate with 1) 30-day DO SOMETHING challenge and 2) 20 lbs by September 12. I am eating less, moving more and gaining NOT losing weight (What's wrong with this picture?)

    Hi Adia - Are you weighing everything ? How long are you talking about just a week could be sodium to high or water retention etc need more info Is your diary open ?

    I think you just did. :) just put your starring weight/current weight and then your goal weight. Kinda give updates every Sunday or Monday. Good luck!!

    Notes: weekends are starting to mentally feel easier - I don't need to eat everything that's in sight anymore just because I'm at home. I also don't eat the second I'm hungry - I wait a bit.

    Coming week goal: to get a bit more exercise in.

    Coming week concern: I have Christmas in July on Saturday and the hosts go crazy with the amount of food they give you.
