Saw a bigger loss earlier in the week again (139.4)...one of these days it will still be there for Friday weigh in. At least I'm dropping inches which makes me happier than the scale. Surprised to see how many are no longer tracking (in the spreadsheet at least).
For those who are still here! Great job and keep up the accountability!! We're over half way there!

This was totally expected! I lost so much so fast I figured there would be bounce back. I think I may have been a little dehydrated last week too! It was about what I expected to see so still pushing forward!!1 -

Minor setback...you can do it!! Draw the line in the sand and move forward from today! This is a marathon, not sprint. You might stumble, but if you get back up again and charge forward, you can reach your goals (even if you have to adjust the timeline slightly). We believe in you to get it done!

Happy the scale is still on a downward trend, but have to admit I'm feeling a little frustrated. I've been walking between 5-7miles /day for the last two weeks and the scale just doesn't reflect much of a change. I've tracked everything, been under the caloric goal... so was hoping for a bigger loss. That said, I'm in this for the long haul and am happy my activity level has increased. Eventually the scale results will follow.

Still dropping, but slower than desired. Just frustrating when I've been seeing lower all week, and this is the 'for record' weigh in. Oh, well, trend is going in the correct direction.

I can relate B3achy! Had the same thing happen to me two weeks in a row. I'm trying to say positive and celebrate the fact that I've been walking daily, tracking everything, and even if the scale isn't responding yet, I know I'm living a healthier life. Sometimes though... all I want is a big number on the scale.2

Still a little frustrated with the slow weight loss, but so happy to see my activity level continuing to increase and my overall mood uplifted. This weekend I walked 10 miles on Saturday, 11 on Sunday and then another 10 yesterday. I've already hit 5 miles today with more to follow this evening. The scale may creep down, but my eagerness to get out and be active is exploding, and I love it.

Haven't updated the spreadsheet, but am down about 7 lbs to 154 since switching from tracking using the WW app to MFP. The first few weeks were slow going, but a great opportunity to learn what small changes I needed to make for success. Hoping to be 150 by my brother's Bahamas wedding August 201

Wanted to be down by at least another pound by now, but had a month of a couple weekends of being less restrictive than normal due to out of town trips. Still trending downward though, and that is the right direction!! Slow and steady will win this race!

Relieved that I posted a loss this week since I had a water retention spike yesterday, and still feel a bit bloated today. But I'll take what the scale is giving me for today. Since we're down to the last month, probably won't quite make goal with this amount of weekly weight loss, but just happy to see it continuing to trend downward. NSVs - down some more inches, and now can fit into some size 8 pants that have been hanging on my closet door! Woohoo! Also, just hit below my lowest weight from last summer (138.4) when I was originally trying to lose (without MFP). So, I've now broken through that mental barrier.
