I love this! I am headed to Vegas on August 28th so just a few days early and I am wanting to lose 10lb by then so I LOVE this. Thank you for setting this up.

Under Calories - I did not get under calories, however I do sit on a ball at work all day that I dont count and I lifted for 45 minutes and no calories were take off for that either so I am betting if those were counted that I would be under but still not to these standards

My aim is to lose 10lb but complete this time. PLEASE kick my but if i look like i am quitting please I really need to do this and get past 185.2lb this is where i seem to get stuck & go back up to my beginning weight 194lb. I had my photo taken for the race for life & i just look like a blob with legs. i do not what to look like this again0 -
