    I've had a run-in with food poisoning on the weekend, and then an allergic reaction to a course of antibiotics my dr put me on (not related to the food poisoning). These things have left me feeling quite weak and lethargic. In fact, for several hours yesterday my fingers on both hands went numb while the palms were cramping and very painful ... and my tongue went numb as well. That was a little bit alarming!

    But today I feel some better. :)

    30 july - back on the bike...
    31 july - proper rest day...a bit of walking about

    350 cals burned or more: 16 out of 31 (41 cumulative total towards my 100 target).
    Atleast over 30 mins: 8
    Lazy/rest days: 7


    So ok in the end on active days (some of which were 4 or 5 hours of cycling, yay almost pre-ilness levels) but high on rest days (fighting the CFS a bit earlier in the month and losing the 'just do something battle).

    However ate vast amounts of food in France and no doubt the scales will tell me off!

    Well done everyone - for trying, and even succeeding!
