I'm a late joiner so I hope that's ok? I've been totally slacking over the last few weeks as you can see on my very slow loss below. In actual fact, I do well during the week and ruin it at the weekend, so time to hold myself to account!
I think my loss for Aug 5th will be minimal if I even have one, so I might struggle to hit my goal, but it feels good to have one!

I'm 2 pounds off from what I should be right now; I tried to stay on track for vacation but obviously it caught up with me. Trying to get in some serious exercise between now and Monday to make up the difference. Also, I'm back in control of what I'm eating (hubby insisted on just grabbing fast junk several times while we were away), so a week of mainly lean protein and veggies should help.6 -

Weighed myself a few days ago & was 151.5 but I've gone up a pound again! Guess I'll have to be content with slow & steady! I'll just blame it on TOM coming in the next few days;)
