    Just installed this coolest app ever, it's under armour app that records down your steps, recommended by myfitnesspal.

    The support there is fabulous and you don't have to be friends. I felt like *kitten* today but two comments in, and I'm revving to go again!

    You are right to be concerned, but you do seem to underestimate this groups posters, I am pretty sure if there were posters who were losing weight rapidly there would be others in the group who would point this out, because after all we are here to support each other.

    That certainly addresses concerns. My intent wasn't to be a nanny, I was just replying.

    If you want to have a discussion about how much other people should or should not lose then please start your own discussion (please note @dykask )

    I have checked and this is within the guideline from MFP for challenges.

    For the last time... This discussion is for people who want to do the challenge, not for other people who want to comment on whether they are doing the right thing.
