Thankfully the weather cleared up so managed to get out on my bike. However, I hadn't spotted it was an improver session with the bike club I'm in - so a good bit slower than I was hoping - oh well.

This is a GREAT idea!! I need SUPER motivation because the last 2 weeks have been HORRIBLE and I gained back a few lbs that I worked so hard to lose!!
