    I think I'm not pushing hard enough with my weekly goal - so I'm going to up it to 7000, average of 1000 per day seems possible - wish me luck.

    Thankfully the weather cleared up so managed to get out on my bike. However, I hadn't spotted it was an improver session with the bike club I'm in - so a good bit slower than I was hoping - oh well.

    This is a GREAT idea!! I need SUPER motivation because the last 2 weeks have been HORRIBLE and I gained back a few lbs that I worked so hard to lose!!

    I have a few more hours left before my bedtime :P ... so I'm going to see what else I can do today!
