    Day 8 - Leslie Sansone Super Burn.

    I actually don't burn many calories with this one so I may do a 30 minute walk after kiddo's birthday party today. Hostessing will probably keep me on my feet a lot too. :)

    8/6 (day 3) - 2.61 mile walk with the dogs at a 14:49 pace; charity 5k with my daughter at a 15:04 pace (and this mom could not be more proud of her!!!).

    Day 7- 45 minutes Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones, 40 minute leisurely walk, 100 crunches, 60 squats and 40 second plank.

    8/7 (day 4) - 3.8 mile walk at a 16:52 pace. Took my daughter & a friend (& the always present dog ;)) up to check out the new school they'll be starting next week.

    8/8 (day 5) - 4.49 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:41 pace.

    Day 36- hiked for about 40 minutes
    Day 37- more hiking, including 15 minutes of climbing up a super steep mountain.
    Day 38- back home and was exhausted but managed a 45 minute walk around the neighborhood after it cooled off.
    Day 39- 70 minutes Leslie Sansone (total of five miles worth)

    I am going to start a new job on the 16th, so I'll have to rework how I fit workouts in.

    8/9 (day 6) - 3.2 mile walk with the dogs this morning at a 15:58 pace.

    Have to miss my yoga class today due to the kids having back to school "stuff" going on, but am going to try to get a FitnessBlender or other yoga workout in this evening.

    Day 11 - walk away the pounds 30 min walk + 1 mile walk + 17 minutes of zumba dance, dance, dance (really need some new shoes for doing zumba that allow for all the twisty movements)

    I LOVE how active we are right now! I've spent months being basically the only one recording and man, this is just great! Love how motivating it is to have you all here!

    Not my favorite, but I figure, I've been in a rut and needed to mix it up.

    My daughter has bad abdominal cramps today but did not want to back out of the challenge!! She walk with me and the the dog for one mile. I am very proud of her, she exercised even when she DID NOT FEEL like it!! Good job CCB.

    CCB- day 4 - walked one mile with dog while not feeling good at all.
    MOM- day 4 - walked one mile with dog and 25 minutes of Taebo.
