Glad you posted and kept yourself accountable!! Even when it's not the best week (which it wasn't me for eother), I think it's important to post as scheduled. We don't like seeing the up, but it's realistic and what truly happens. They say true weight loss isn't linear!! It can help other people, too, when they see we had a bad week but then continued on! Stay strong3 -

Well I'm starting late but I'm still going to try because this is day one of my diet. So I'm sure the weight will come off quickly at first. I plan to do yoga as it helped me lose all my baby weight and i plan to eat less carbs and stop overeating.

Ok well I am so glad I got on the scales today. I have not made 100% good choices but I have started my new job and I have been doing a long commute with a lot of incidental exercise throughout the day. The result being that I have lost this week and I have been distracted from binge eating and snacking.
I feel like I am back on track!!!!! I am happy that I weighed in and posted even when I wasn't proud of myself. This is a 5/6 week challenge but the commitment is the most important thing and it will be what gets us results.
