Yes @misslissa1969 you can copy and paste and add in your new stats each week, but save a copy in a file that you can work from because you can not copy your old post after about an hour. I just use my notes folder and keep the original one there. Welcome!0 -

Unsurprisingly gained this monday after a big weekend of heavy eating and drinking to celebrate my partner's 30th. Friday I was down a whoooole lot so hopefully it's mostly water weight. Gotta reign it in today and make sure one party weekend doesn't become a few weeks off the rails though!

Tried really hard- and it sucked -but the scale is moving in the right direction. Even though this week's loss was pretty great, my total loss for three weeks is 1.2lbs. That puts it in perspective that I put myself behind by gaining. I will never be sad about a "zero" weight loss week again. Thank you to @hillcrestbaby and @sandflower81 for the encouragement on Wednesday. Just what I needed. I hope I can keep it going.
