Initially I want to get down to 154lbs and then as a final goal 133lbs.0
-
I was 125 before baby number 2 so that is my ultimate goal but I'm at 134 and my body is just not budging. Definitely could stand to loose a few more lbs with my build so I'm gonna keep on trucking.0
-
right now my goal is 140, but if I get to 135 that's even better!0
-
My goal is between 1450-140 (currently 215,starting here today)0
-
Well I started at around 213, now I'm at 189.3...The goal at the moment is to get down to 154, anything lower is just a bonus :laugh:0

I'm 5'5", but my ultimate goal is 135. Most important thing for me in toned stomach and arms.0
-
140-145 is where I would Love to be0
-
I'm going for 130-135, but I would probably be happy with 140. I like my curves :-)0
-
I am 5ft 5 and my goal is 150. I know once I get there I will want to lose more but just to be in the 10 stone bracket will be life changing for me0
-
LOL..I'm 5 foot 5.5 inches..LOL Right now my ticket is set to 198.8 because I gotta get to ONE-derland before I can figure out a goal..When I looked online, it told me my ideal weight was 176...I'm not sure if that's where I want to be but I'm taking it one step at a time..I dont know how I will feel until I get there.0
-
I'd love to be 135-140, but my body refuses to go below 150.:mad:0
-
I keep saying that my ultimate goal is 130, but I just don't know if it's feasible for me. I have been as low as 140 before, and I wouldn't mind being back there!0
-
My goal is 130-135lbs. If I gain more muscle I'd adjust a bit though.0
-
I'm 5'6'' and I would like to get to 130. I'm currently 143 and fine with it. But I think getting rid of the extra 13lbs will help me show off the muscles I know are hiding under the flabiness! Good luck.0

I'm 5'5.5" and currently 140 pounds. My goal is to be a toned 130 pound gal!0
-
I'm 5'6" and my goal is 126. It's a bit of an arbitrary number as I'll stop if I look and feel the way that I want to if it's before then or carry on beyond if I don't. I've been able to maintain a steady 154 without any real effort before. Have gotten up to 180 through too much good living, so I figure if I can move up 26lbs from my steady-no-effort weight I can move down around 26lbs from it by actually working at it.0

my goal - 110 for now... and then we'll see0

Starting at 278, my goal weight is 180. That should put me in the overweight category with a BMI of 29.
Kinda seems a shame to aim to be overweight, but honestly looking at a 100 pound loss is discouraging at times. And let me tell you 180 would be a miracle!0 -
Right now it's 185--I think. In my profile pic I was 225 and a size 14. I have a pic of me at 185 and everyone says that I'm too small, and I agree to a certain extent. A male friend suggested aiming for 215 and reevaluating but I want to be under 200 with some cushion. I'm not so worried about the charts because back in HS I was enlisting in the Navy and was 155 but my body fat was about 27.
We'll see what happens0 -
I would like to be back to 150-160, that was a comfortable weight for me. Obviously wouldn't mind being smaller than that0
-
130 or lower0
-
Mine is somewhere between 150-160..I have a larger frame sooo...we'll see when I get anywhere near there lol0

My goal weight is 138. Last Summer I was at my lowest weight ever, 148, and I felt like I could still take a little bit more off. But I'm more concerned with my fitness level, how tone I am, and how good I look & feel. The mirror is a much better gauge for me than the scale.
Right now I'm at 157, and I'm finally fitting back into all of my "skinny" clothes. I have a pretty big frame, lots of legs and bum, and everybody's always surprised to learn how much I weigh. I finally made it to a size 8 last year, down from a 10 for three years, after going from a 12 to 16 my entire life.
Now I'm at an 8-10 moving towards a 6-8. This is my goal size, totally attainable!0 -
Right now I'm going for 140, but really I'll have no idea until I get there. I was around that weight in high school, but a little bit shorter at the time. I wish I knew now what weight I would look best at. I'm just going to have to wait and see!0

I'm 5'6" and I too have always weighed more than I actually look... when I met my husband I was 165, looked and felt GREAT. I have 25 pounds to go before I see that again. Hubby doesn't want me to go much below that. I'm thinking, for the record I'll be thrilled to be back at 165. My personal "I can't allow myself to go lower than" number I guess would have to be 150. I don't think I have EVER weighed the 115-130 end of our supposed scale--that would be way too thin for me.0

At first, my fiancee wanted me to have my goal weight at 170..last time I was at that weight, still looked really chunky and give him this look..
Doctor thinks 140-150 is a good weight, I will see where I am and how I feel at that point, but my lowest is 130, and will try not to get below that point.0 -
In a perfect world, my ideal weight would be 150. Since I'm a realist, I'm shooting for 170-180 and will reevaluate when I get there. I'll just be estatic to get to Onederland again. !!!0
-
150 I'll be happy but id like to be 1300
-
I can't fathom what 120 would look like and I would love to find out! Right now that seems soooooo far away. I recall being 138 about 8 years ago, and I wasn't ecstatic at that weight but I bet I would be now. I *think* since then I have gained +/- 30lbs and am not happy about it. I'm shooting for about 135 and seeing what happens. However I haven't dropped anything in a week and am getting really frustrated as I have changed a lot, worked out a lot and would at least expect a pound or two to fall off, at LEAST in the first week!0
