Day 7 complete! My knees are starting to feel odd outside of working out. Kinda old feeling, rickety or something. I remember this happening to me the last time I did shred, too. I can tell myself to take it easy on the lunges and not go as deep... but I don't listen to myself! I gotta push it. They aren't hurting, yet. I hope they don't! Level 2 day 7 done! Nearly time for level 3! Does anyone else get distracted by natalie doing the military press and leg extension? She loses her balance and I have to look away from the screen as it makes me wobbly too lol. Loving level 2,now able to keep up with natalie! Yay. :-)

hi all.
i just finished l1d3 today.
l1d1 wasn't as bad as i thought, l1d2 my calves hurt! and now i know i can't run after the shred, i've got to go running before or i've got no chance!
and my calves still hurt. and those side lunges are HARD! it's not the lunges, it's the arm raises.
and i thought i was already pretty fit and that it should be a breeze!0 -
I would so like to join! On a whim today, after a Walk away the pounds video from OnDemand, I thought I would see what the 30 day shred was about... Even on tile floor, I got it done. I have the full DVD, better hand weights ( I was using my ankle/wrist ones) and an awesome mat to kick some butt tomorrow!

I did L1 D1 yesterday, went pretty hard, and am finding it hard to walk/squat today.. feels soooooo good!!!

Level 2 day 12 done! Yay!! Feeling pretty good, but I'm finding a lot of these exercises super hard! (easier than yesterday though!).
I don't want to be discouraging in any way, but is anyone else quite far in and still seeing zero results? I mean, I feel the results endurance-wise, but I can't see them on my body...my arms/legs/abs don't seem to have changed (although I haven't measured). I know 12 days is still early to be building muscle but I hear of so many people seeing changes around 5 days, and I just want to be sure I'm not doing something wrong... either way, I know it's good for me and will be worth it. Thanks for any advice0 -

Level 2 day 1, I thought I was going to die but pushed through...although this has been a really rough week I have done my workout everyday. That alone I very proud of myself for not giving up!0

L1D8 now done. I am so glad I haven't given up even though I have had set backs. I do think I would see better results if I didn't take a day off in between every couple days, but am happy with what I have done. I have never stayed with working out as long as I have this time.

Level 2 day 1 complete loved it I feel my stomache pulling in and I did the 10 days of level 1 I actually find level 2 easier for the most part and oh how I feel it.0

Hi...is it too late to join? I started a thread on day 1 June 23rd and only have 2 followers! I am on L2D3....13/30 took 2 days off for camping over the 4th! I measured today cuz I have only dropped 2.5lbs and ws curious! I lost 8 inches total so far!! Yay! 7 more days of Level 2 then onto the final round...level 3!! Cant wait to see my body change even more!0

Well peeps, I'm done day 7 and my husband is starting to see a difference and I haven't taken my before pics yet OR gotten a tape measure!!!!!! I'm taking the pics right now but I'll have to wait til husband brings the tape measures home from work.... I haven't lost any lbs yet but I'm definitely seeing a difference in my upper body. Lower not so much...

Day 2 level 2 down. A little easier, but those planks are a killer (same reason that I can't do full push ups), but still a hell of a workout...my sweat and my HR monitor tells me so
Idea...on next update, why don't we put the date on there that it was updated...then if someone doesn't update for 4 or 7 days, then they are deleted from the list (cause it is getting pretty long w/ a lot of them that didn't post past D1L1...they can still add themselves back on if they come back later, but it will give a more realistic view of who is still with us0 -

QUESTION for everyone/anyone.... How is it that you are tracking the dvd in MFP? I tried to look on how to add it but it looks like I would have to add each exercise seperate which would be a huge pain. HELP anyone?? I'm just starting to re-use MFP and if anyone could help that would be awesome. THANKS!0 -
Kory, we are on the same day of the shred today was also my second day of level 2. I'm also finding all the planks SO HARD! Have you noticed any changes in your body yet?
And tgirl, I log mine as 25 minutes of "circuit training, general," for me it shows up as just over 200 calories. Good luck!0 -

Wow! Level 2 is tough stuff. I like it better than level one though, During the plank jacks my 10 year old son "jacked" on my fingers. I really need more space now that he is attempting to do it with us sometimes. Good luck to everyone starting Level 2 tomorrow.0 -

kory: i agree, i think its a good idea to add dates in- ive updated a few which i know tara wont mind.
For those starting level 2 yay! level 2 is my best part of this dvd! find that it works you soooo much more! anyone doing any other exercises? im on week 7 of couch to 5k and go to zumba once a week. so i give myself rest days on zumba days as id be crawling otherwise! lol!
anyone close to level 3? im starting that on monday- will go for L2D7 today! so 3 more days!
My NSV today: i tried on a pair of size uk 8 shorts today, size 4 for my american friends and they were loose around the waistband! either its different shops and different measurements but i dont care! they were loose!!!!!!!!!!! woohoo0 -
Did L1D7 last night! Feeling it more and more each day now, but its kind of invigerating :happy: makes me feel really proud of myself and makes me want to keep on pushing.
Got the tape measure out last night as i seem to have dropped 1lb of my 3lbs that i have gained since doing the shred, and was soo happy with results, lost 1inch from waist and 0.5 per thigh! Cant wait to see the resluts in 22 days time :happy:0 -
L2 D2 done and I did it first time in the morning this time!!! I FEEL GREAT!!!! Hope that feeling lasts! I also weighed in with a 1.5 pound loss this week. I love this stuff...0

I dont see any changes either, apart from some muscles growing, my biceps has grown a bit and my muscles in my thighs got quite hard, but I can't tell if I lost any inches or pounds, i haven't weight or measure myself since started 30DS but i can't see any difference with my clothes for example, well its only 11 days so far so hopefully it will move soon. I think I eat little too much tho0 -

I did level 1 twice yesterday and twice today, ive got a bridesmaids dress to fit into in 2 weeks and i had a bad day eating so thought id try to make it up, i feel great i have the burn back in my legs that tells me im doing soemthing right, so this is day 5 for me but ive done the shred 7 times!
