August Late Night Snacking Goals Update:
- Eat nothing after 8:30pm 26/31 nights. 26/25
- Eat nothing after 10:30pm 5/31 nights of my choice. 1/6
- Choose to adult, instead of impulse today.

I'll start tonight. This is perfect because i always stick to my meal plan throughout the day and then after work when I'm off at 10:30 pm or Midnight i end up snacking a great deal. Maybe this will help keep me accountable for it.
My Goals:
~When i work 10am to 7pm shifts I will make my no eating after time be 9pm.
~When i work 3:30 to Midnight shifts i will make my no snacking time be after 8pm (minus 1 snack under 100 calories because on those shifts i have lunch 630 to 7 and from 7 to midnight working on freight or anything like that i would get dizzy if i ate nothing)
~On my days off no eating time will be after 830pm
