I ran yesterday and I'm not that used to it, that pushed my weight lower. Still since I cut way back on added refined sugar I've been losing weight. I'm eating 25% above the MFP goal to lose 1 lb/week and losing more than that. That rate is too fast for me and I'm starting to get some lose skin.
I'm not completely avoiding sugar, in fact I've added a lot of whole fruit to my diet. Fruit doesn't seem to make a difference. For two days I experimented and ate sugary desserts and I started feeling hungry again all the time. Just in two days! I'm probably oversensitive to refined sugars.2 -

Not a good week, but I definitely take the blame for that. I've been distracted and not doing well at all with my eating, especially this weekend!3 -
I buckled down and was serious about keeping within calorie goal. Also started using my fitbit instead of just tracking steps. I set it to remind me to move once an hour and that's what I've been doing. As often as I can, I get up out my chair at work and go out and walk around the building. Its a 10-15 minute walk, depending on where I'm working, but I keep a good pace, and get the heart rate up. I also have been trying to get a solid 7 1/2 - 8 hours of sleep a night.

8/1/16: 210 lbs - I am at the beach- on vacation-not being as strict as I should be-lets see what next week brings
8/8/16: 213.6 - Dang! pretty bad. today I will get back on it. lets see if I can get the momentum going again. 8/15/16: 208.8 - met a teeny tiny goal of breaking 210.
8/22/16: 208 - this is me happy with a small loss, rather than a small gain
8/29/16: 203 - beyond pleased. just need to keep it going.
