What did you eat? during the days I just started working out again and been eating salad with chicken breast and 4 cheese cubes day and night and oatmeal for breakfast for 1 and a half weeks now I'm just wondering if I'm doing okay2

Revolving around 90 in bench and squats.
Do little better with deadlifts may be 120
I am good at calisthenics. I do weighted dips and pullups0 -
Also I lift even better when I am eating in surplus but that's not a choice.0
