    I had to run four full laps around the sand volleyball courts to get my full 500 calorie goal since we played a really bad team and won really fast. 500 calories for 10 miles for this evening.

    Good luck tomorrow everyone! Remember it's double miles so aim big!!!!

    Thursday, 456 cals for 9.12 miles. I haven't been able to go to the gym lately because of long days at work and 2 hour traffic jams, but I'm definitely going tonight! :happy:

    Woohoo its friday!!! Finally...

    Since we're a full week into this I thought I'd give you guys a recap of our progress so far:

    Day 1 - Friday 7/1 100.12 miles
    Day 2 - 205.22 miles
    Day 3 - 149.08 miles
    Day 4 - 225.6 miles x 2 = 451.2 miles (first double day)
    Day 5 - 120.6 + 22.54 = 143.14 (steal a team member day)
    Day 6 - 149.34 miles
    Day 7 - 99.66 miles

    Total traveled: 1,297.76 miles!!!!


    Some highlights:

    - Saturday and Monday EVERYONE exercised and we got our daily miles over 200:happy:
    - On saturday saffir27 earned us an amazing 41.34 miles
    - On monday (a holiday mind you!) skinnywithin rowed an incredible 54.4 miles
    - Highest earners: gcpgrl with 101.14 miles so far!!!! and dornroschen with a whopping 138.04 miles!!!

    On another note: we have one team member that has gone mia...I've sent them a PM to see if they still want to play and if I don't get a response by the end of the day I'll start looking for a new player.


    Don't forget about Doubles Day today and our Challenge coming up on Sunday! My operation early-morning-workout was an epic fail today:sad: Too laxy to get outta bed early. I'll have to try to make up for it tonight with some housework or a long walk if I have any hope of acheiving my 1000 miles goal.

    double miles= 58.24

    and that's how it's done. Time to do some yoga and relax for the rest of the day. Tomorrow will be a minimal day and then I'll be going for big numbers all next week (no kid, no husband= me at the gym all the time)! Way to be awesome, everyone!

    I went to go swimming today and unfortunately the pool was closed for a swim meet. :ohwell: So I was only able to get in a walk this afternoon 220 calories =4.4 miles.
