Being a night owl I doubt I've ever gone a week previous without a LNS. Working to break the habit. So far, so good.

What do you do when you think about snacking?
I usually get up and do something to keep me busy until the craving passes or drink water to give me a fuller feeling. @CarrieA180 is right...after a while it becomes a habit to no longer snack at night after whatever your cut-off time is.2 -

What do you do when you think about snacking?
I look at the MFP website! Then I log what I'm tempted to eat. Often that's enough to convince me to skip it.
Also, I pre-log some snacks each day. Usually a glass of wine in the evening and something salty/crunchy in the afternoon. They fit in my calorie goal so they aren't a problem.
And, honestly, sometimes I just have a snack -- a non-pre-logged snack. Then I log it. I usually wish I hadn't eaten it, but not always.2 -
Goal: No snacks outside my calorie goal after dinner. (Pre-logged snacks okay!)

I think about this challenge and my streak. Also, I try to divert my attention by reading or walking or surfing the internet, anything to busy my hands. I would love to learn how to crochet.3 -
