AnnPT77, Thanks so much for the encouragement. Saying I look lighter than I am is like the best compliment ever!
I don't know why I didn't even thinking of trying to look for other women with PCOS here. I will do that--great idea.

Last did a progress update in June, here is current progress. Total of 47 pounds lost. Teetering on the brink of skinny fit at 187 lbs @ 6'2". Going to try to bulk up 8-10 pounds in next 6 months. Petrified to fail eager to succeed.

all this progress is awesome from everyone. Only started using mfp two weeks ago.. hope to be posting my own positive progress down the line. This is encouraging and motivating, seeing how folks in here have succeeded.13
