    Back to where I was -- the dreaded 9 pound plateau. (Happened at 9 pounds, then at 18, and here again at 27). Typically, I have a bigger "catch up" loss in the weeks that follow, so I'll hold off on adjusting my goals until next week.

    7/7: ....mini goal weight: 186lb >> actual weight 185.25lb! Was actually amazed to see this, was sure I hadn't managed to keep losing as planned but guess it was pretty spot on :)

    I am happy to say that I am out of the 220's for good, goodbye 220's and hello 210's. I officially weigh less then my husband, which was really bugging me. And I have also passed my half way mark. (lost 60 pounds so far and another 60 pounds to go!)

    Missed my mini goal. I will not pretend to understand why, I know why, I totally jumped off the wagon. I am pleased and surprised to see a weight loss. That was not expected or deserved. So what do I do now. I work hard. Although maybe I shouldn't think of it as hard work. I like eating healthy and I like the way my body feels after exercise. So this week I will consider it as treating myself when I eat right and do right. Really is it a treat to put into our body something it doesn't need or gain from. Funny how we think, treats are often not good at all. I aim to go to bed each night proud of my achievement for that day.

    Up .2kg this week but I'm not too stressed about it - I can look back and see a pattern of losing steadily then maintaining or gaining for a week, then down again.
    I had revised my goals, but I've changed my mind - I don't need to be losing weight faster. In fact, as I'm down to the last few (well, 4) kg, I need to start thinking about how I am going to maintain this weight loss without going up again.
    I had a long conversation with my husband (a "you're losing too much weight, time to stop now" conversation) and while I do want to drop a few more kg, and don't plan to stop just yet he did say one thing that made sense: "it doesn't have to be so fast". Of course I want to lose fast, don't we all, but he might just have a point. I had initially planned to work in some maintenance periods where I would stick to the same weight for a month, but losing steadily is so much more rewarding :smile: so I haven't stopped as I had planned to.
    I'm still a bit undecided as to what to do, so for now I'm goingvto stuck to my original game plan of 2kg a month and will review it again after the next 4 weeks. Sorry for the long ramble but writing it down does make me think about what I'm going to do.

    So, here is my "revised back again" chart!!

    Well I was on vacation this last week. Did some walking and swimming in the ocean but nothing too planned. Didn't do too bad considering I think I had ice cream every single night. But I didn't meet my mini goal :-(

    I was waiting until today to weigh in but I forgot to weigh in before I left for work & I don't want to miss the weigh in window, so I was short a pound... not so bad, I'm sure I'll be able to lose at least that in the next week. Start week 2 day one of C25K tomorrow wish my luck super nervous. 2 weeks until I head to Las Vegas for the week. My Fiance bought a tablet so I can still record my food while there since I can't afford the roaming charges on my food I won't be recording on that :( You are all doing so amazing! Hope you, Vic, got some much needed rest this weekend.
