Dinner last night was....

            Turkey burger on a bun with non-fat cheese and ketchup
 Raw carrots
 Lemon water
 And way too many Reese's pieces... 
 It started out sounding pretty good, didn't it? 0 0

            Cayenne pepper spiced turkey burger (99% lean) with some crumbled gorgonzola on top (no bun). Veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots).0
- 
            Last night was Parmesan crusted roasted veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, red peppers) with lardons.0
- 
            I made a Brown rice casserole with Basmati rice, A can of fire roasted tomatoes, 1 cup of 2% milk cheese and chicken breast. I seasoned with Adobo and served with a green salad. It was delicious- for the vegan in the family made the same - chicken + vegan cheese and he loved it 0 0
- 
            Roasted chicken breasts with garlic and herb seasoning accompanied by orecchiette pasta (my new fave apparently) with a pan sauce made of two cans of organic diced tomatoes, olive oil, parsley, basil, and oregano, and a few handfuls of fresh spinach wilted into it. Added maybe half to 2/3 of a cup of fresh parmesan.0

            I made "turkey stuff":
 ground turkey, brown rice, spinach and lo-so hot salsa in a pan together
 I never know what to call my throw-everything-together-and-hope-it-tastes-good creations. It was delish tho (only had a bite, packed my serving for lunch today) and my kids loved it!0

            I made a taco bake, made with wheat macaroni noodes, colby jack cheese, seasonings, lean ground beef, corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos 0 0

            Tonight we're having wholewheat spaghetti with homemade lean beef meatballs and a homemade tomato sauce and garlic bread 0 0

            grilled chicken leg quarter with pasta de sardine 0 0

            Main course:
 A 1/4 lb pub burger(BEEF) with cheese & Avocado.
 Side:
 A sunny side egg! Love the YOLK!!!0

            Veggie burger topped with roasted red peppers and spicy banana peppers, steamed green beans and a baked sweet potato.0

            Honestly, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Whole wheat bread, organic natural crunchy peanut butter and a little organic raspberry fruit spread... then I made hard boiled eggs - so of course I had to eat one to "test" them 
 PBJ is one of my most favorite ever.
 I love a good PBJ and the one above sounds scrumptious!!!!0

            chicken salad...like i cut up the chicken, cooked it, and put it in salad...then added some feta cheese, a little bit of cottage cheese, some beets, little bit of sliced olives, and a light balsamic vinaigrette dressing.0

            Lime cilantro chicken breasts tacos. Topped with arugula, strawberry, goat cheese and a tomatillo habanero salsa.0

            a chicken kiev (stuffed with cheese and roasted red peppers instead of butter) with some salad. was SO GOOD!0

            Hamburger soup! It was awesome. But it is loaded with sodium that will put water weight on you for sure.0

            Chicken stir fry with two of the biggest peppers I've ever seen, seasoned with garam masala and ginger. Leftovers for lunch today :-)0

 Fried haddock, with Brussels sprouts and tater tots.0

            Cauliflower rice stuffed poblano peppers with seasoned lean ground pork, cherry tomatoes and cheddar cheese. Also had some cheesy jalapeño popcorners (very thin flavored rice cakes).0

            A grilled cheese sandwich. Only had a few minutes for dinner last night.0

            I had slow-cooked pinto beans and a corn muffin.0

            Cornmeal made with cinnamon, vanilla, soya milk, butter, and honey 0 0

            Venison sausages, Bacon & leek Mash, onion gravy, braised red cabbage, beetroot & apple and other veg!
 Needed to put together something fairly traditional and comforting for MIL after shocking her with a Moroccan style lamb stew, last week!1
