    23 September: unplanned rest day (funeral)

    25 September: Rest Day
    26 September: 30 min gazelle (2.07 miles); 5 min planks (60 x 5 - straight arm) = 35 minutes

    Total: 1446 minutes out of 1440 minutes (GOAL!)

    Well done to everyone that hit your goals already! So many have done so well! Since I missed working out yesterday, I opted to do double on the gazelle tonight. (Also needing the miles for another challenge.)

    27 September: unplanned rest day (lady issues)
    28 September: 60 min gazelle (4.28 miles); 4 min planks (60 sec x 4 - straight arm) = 64 minutes

    Total: 1510 minutes out of 1440 minutes (over GOAL!)
    Left to Goal: 70 minutes over
