Same here. Level 1. Day 7. Should have been day 8 but the day got away from me yesterday and I missed it.
I took photos after just the first 5 days and could already see some change so I'm quite happy to continue!

If you finished 30 days of this, you are probably one of the few that can stick it out for 60 days. I suggest 60 days because I did it and results were great after 60.I finished day 24 and I cant wait to finish day 30 pretty soon here. I have never come this far, even though I started this program many a times.

So glad I found others shredding on here, yay! I am currently on level 2 day 8. This is my second time around. I completed it last year and lost 20 lbs. Feel free to add me!2

2.) I am a serial starter lol!! Toay, I restarted from level 1 day 1 because I took about a week and half off and felt it was the best to do.
So, day one, level 1 done!!2 -

It's rough!! In one cardio circuit you do jumping Jack's and punches with weights!!1 -

So I finished the 30 day shred last week it took me 35 days. 11.6 lbs lost and 4 inches lost from waist 1.5 inches on thighs. I started it again as soon as I finished now on day 5 of level 1. I feel I need to get motivated to carry on.
Here are my results from the first 30 days.

I made it through 20 days (levels 1 and 2) but then got sick. I'm hoping to restart at level three in a couple more days but if it's too tough after the break I may start level 2 over again first instead. So bummed, I was on track to be done by Oct 12 and will now be hard pressed to finish before I have work travel planned ( which usually gets me off plan a little). Boo0

Awesome! It's seriously motivating to see this! Well done! You're definitely a LOT more toned and your tummy is flat! Awesome!

A little bit behind, just started day 1 level 1 today!! It was so hard. I took a few pauses... hoping I get my endurance up as this continues on, but definitely sweat a lot today.1

Finished level 2 today. ..tomorrow I take a break and do kettlebells, then onto level 3 on Wednesday!

I start level 2 today. Yippee! I remember the last time I did level 2 was when I started to really see a major change in my gut.
Wondering what the scale is doing for people. I lost 10.4lbs and noticed a .4 gain last week. I can see my body changing but the gain was a tad annoying. My diet is on point so I know it's not that (I do indulge a "cheat" once a week however).1 -
