    FYI... changing the position of you feet during a squat will work different muscles. Try a sumo squat with one set.... feel the inner thighs!!! Always remember to squeeze your butt on the way up!!!!

    Day 5 done!! Thanks for the thoughts @Joanna2012B! I'm always just wanting to get them done and over with that I'm just trying to crank them out as quick as I can. Should definitely try different variations. As for the crunches, I just noticed today that the pic shows the legs being lifted and I had been doing them with my feet on the floor. Might try to start doing them with my legs up, it seemed more difficult. Have a great day everyone!!

    Day 5 done - and yup agreed lol!!!! did the 40 secs as a full plank!!! o:)

    Good thinking on the different squats - that's what I am doing already - half the total number per day of each squat type!!!

    Day 5 done it was hard doing. all those squats took a break every 10th one but done wooohooo
