Just did level 2 day 1. Now I remember why my stomach flattened out after doing level 2 before. Wowza. Also I'm terrible at the last circuit.0

Thank goodness it's not just me. I thought I was going to seriously die. And I had to take like 3 5 second breaks. Not cool. Hoping my strength and endurance improves!1

Day 1 Level 1 done! I've never made it past day 5 before - a rest day seems to turn into a rest month with me! Determined this time - people's results look absolutely amazing!!1

The chair squats with V raises in level 2 never got any easier for me. They sucked on day 10 just like they did on day 1 lol!6

Day 7 level1 of 2nd round done. I started shredding at end of August I think if I take a rest day I will never get started again.2

@hollybod it's amazing you're doing it again! Seriously. I'm hoping to do levels 1 and 2 twice. Let's hope level 2 doesn't kill me.2

I am getting a bit bored of it but my motivation is my holiday on the 30th of October. Hoping to see some good results when I finish. Will have to think of something else to move on to.2

@Katie_Y89 I totally get it! And I use this as more of a regular workout anyway. I have a 2 year old, a 4 year old, a husband, a house and a business. It's next to impossible to do it everyday. I'm finding that so long as I do it 3-5 times a week...I'm still seeing results. Rest days are important too!1

I've never done the whole thing....usually I do it when I'm short on time or traveling. But reading through this thread and reading everyone's results has me thinking maybe I should give it a go. And some of the picture results were amazing! It seems like it takes me forever to drop lbs so I'll take inches any day.
I already do several gym classes, but gonna try and fit this in; I'll try everyday as best as possible, but even if it takes me longer than 30 days I want to complete it.
