    My goal is 100 miles anything above z a bonus. If i m in and around 80, i m fine either. In conjunction i m also doing T25 and shred in parallel wveryday.

    Need to do some serious catching up already. October 1st was a lot of time spent indoors in various meetings. October 2nd was yard work so not as many steps as I would have hoped.

    October goal: 7.5k steps a day (about 240k for the whole month)

    At this rate I'll reach my goal before the end of the month. I just wouldn't mind a little bit of a rest in between...

    Adjusting for the actual mileage of the race yesterday...much shorter than 4 miles. Also, did a very light workout today since I got sick last night and slept most of the day today, but wanted to get a little something done even if I'm fighting off a cold or something.

    2 October: 3.3 miles SUP (race)** (Updated, billed as a 4 mile race, was much shorter)
    3 October: 2.05 miles glider

    Total: 2.05 miles walking/glider machine; 3.30 miles Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP)
    Stated Goal: 50 miles walking/glider machine; 25 miles SUP

    Ugh, looks like I probably won't be getting much SUPing done this week. Choppy waters already and winds steadily increasing until the hurricane passes north later in the week.

    1 October: no miles, just cleaning the closet.

    I'm in, but unable to do the huge number of steps or most of the activities like that of others...I'm mobility impaired, so that's not realistic for me. My goal this week is 575 steps/day. Next week, I'll up it to 600 and each week, up it by 25 steps. I have a Garmin Vivosmart HR to record, so I'll give you what my steps have been for the last 4 days, and then when tonight is done, I'll add that, and stay caught up...

    Hope you all don't mind someone who can't keep up with the pace you all walk, but at least I'm staying active. Went from maybe 100 steps a day to averaging 600 or so...just not that higher number consistently yet.

    STEPS GOAL

    10/1 - 521 (My goal this day was still 500 steps a day. I realized it was set too low and upped it to 575)
    10/2 - 661
    10/3 - 715
    10/4 - 775
    10/5 - ???
