@Timothyh27 any chance you are thinking of joining the Amazing Race challenge? I would love to have a guy on our team. There are way more women than men in the challenge and I think having a man on the team gives an interesting perspective.1

Got home late and still had to get in the last of the 3 challenges I'm in right now... this one is definitely the hardest and I'm probably going to have a hard time moving tomorrow lol!
Day 5-
70 Squats
7 Push ups + 6 Push ups from day 4 (thought it was all a rest day)
40 Crunches
40 sec Plank ( I will be doing the day 4 30 sec plank on next rest day lol)

Owie!!!! Legs are shaking but Challenge day 6: Squats-100, crunches-60, push ups-20, plank-1 min 30 seconds. Its getting harder, will have to break some of this up into sets soon. Other than this, today needs to be a rest day for me. I have been training pretty hard and my body is definitely tired. Going to do a few rounds of this with lower numbers, and thats it for me until tomorrow!0

I'm starting late but I'm in! I'm taking a few classes in addition to working full time so this is perfect to supplement zumba in the little time I have. Thanks for posting!1

Timothy27 - Amazing Race - Fall Fun is a team based, 8 week challenge that begins 10/17. Each week you travel from one destination to another and the miles between the two points is the amount of activity minutes the team has to accumulate that week. There are also mini challenges each week for bonus points. Items in the past have included walking up a certain amount of flights of stairs, completing videos they post, typically of some kind of dance, although one week it was Tai Chi and quigon (something like that, don't remember spelling). The accountability portions have included things like drinking half your body weight in water 5 of 7 days and trying to incorporate certain foods which are related to where we are traveling that week.
