    Day 9 Challenge DONE!!! Squats-125, Push ups-45, Crunch-80, Planks-2 min 26 sec. Had to split pushups and planks into 2 sets today.

    Day 9 done...begrudgingly! Lol. Not so hard when I'm just adding them into my normal workout...when I have to do them all by themselves because I'm not working out that day, it is a lot harder to be motivated. Lol

    Day 1 for me... I started late!
    Squats = 50
    Push-ups (on knees) = 20
    Plank = 60 seconds
    Crunches = 40
    Thanks for the challenge

    Day 9 done! Almost forgot after my turkey dinner and of course PIE!!! Added in a few extra squats and push-ups!!! Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadians!!!

    Day 9 .. only plank 30 sec + 30 sec , 10 push up :/
    but I'll distribute its crunches and squats on the next days

    day 10 done + 50 squats and 30 crunches from day 9

    Day 10 done and realized I only did 50 crunches yesterday, so I added 10 to today.

    Squats - 200 (150+50)
    Pushups- 50 (20/20/10)
    Crunches- 120 (90+30)
    Planks- 2 min 55 sec (1m 45s +1m 10s)
