    Only 1,866 steps behind goal today. Got in a good indoor walk at lunch yesterday. For those who asked I am in Calgary, Alberta. We are having an unusually early cold snap. Looks like we might get some snow this weekend, but they are also saying it will be 20 degrees next week. Time to put the winter tires on.

    I have been away as stated in September. I did end September with 146.0 Walking Miles. I still only gave myself 125.0 Mile goal for October because I dont usually get in more than 120 Miles. Going away camping and walking trails always gives me much more. We will see what October brings. The first few days have been great...

    Probably won't get much paddling in any time soon, as the water is still super choppy from the storm on the east coast. So, walking it is...

    1 October: no miles, just cleaning the closet.
    2 October: 3.3 miles SUP (race)** (Updated, billed as a 4 mile race, was much shorter)

    5 October: Still sick and just not feeling it today.
