Day 3. Super crazy day. Struggled to fit exercise in, but did push ups before bed, at midnight. Working on my habits.0

I am back from my trip - which was great. Not much opportunity to work out (especially on travel days - it was a 10-11 hour drive), but I did get in a walk every day and have been keeping up with the squat challenge.
Day 27 (Oct 5) - Walked 45 minutes, 50 squats
Day 28 (Oct 6) - Walked 35 minutes (rest day for squats)
Day 29 (Oct 7) - Walked 30 minutes, 50 squats
Day 30 (Oct 8) - Walked 75 minutes, 60 squats
Day 31 (Oct 9) - Walked 60 minutes, 65 squats
Day 32 (Oct 10) - Walked 20 minutes (rest day for squats)2 -
Day 3 100 squats 100 lunges 100 crunches1

Yesterday, Day 2- leslie 5K
Today, On top of the 8,000 steps at work (whew!) A 50 minute fitness blender alternating between abs and kickboxing.

Welcome to all the new folks!!! I haven't forgotten my challenge, I am just bad about logging on weekends.
Day 7-10 Sadie's 1 mile daily walk, walnut duty in the yard 30-45 minutes each day except Monday and a good long stretching session each day.
Day 11: 10K steps including Sadie's daily mile and 30 minutes of Tae Bo Tuesday!!!!1 -

Giving myself October to do mainly walking yoga and Pilates. I'll call this day 1 though rather than count backwards.

Day 4- Leslie Sansone's 5K, (twice, so 80 minutes total) Plus 8,500 or so steps at work, that I'm not even counting as an actual workout.0

Mom - 20 Cardo and weights, and 130 squats0 -
Day 34 - at the Gym - rowing machine for 15 minutes and upper body weights. Plus 30 squats.0
