+ That I would love giving and getting hugs. I used to hide from them because I was embarrassed that I was so wide.
+ That I would have so much energy! I used to sleep 10 hours a night, have two cups of coffee, and a 1-2 hour afternoon nap to get through the day. I've had no coffee, no naps, and sleeping 8 hours a night for the last 2 months. I feel amazing!
+ That I would actually be able to tell when I was getting sick! Before I felt crappy all the time. This morning I woke up and I knew immediately that I was coming down with something and sure enough at 1pm my cold hit me with full force. Healthy me vs sick me is blatantly obvious now.
I'm still in denial when I'm getting sick, but I know what you mean. I feel better all the time, except when I go off plan.5 -

This. I've been active for 80 days today. Have lost 20.4 pounds (so, really 1/4 of a pound/day -- not too bad). Not one person has noticed or said anything. BUT I haven't said anything either. Not talking about it in hopes that it sticks this time!41 -

No one told me that even after nearly 75 lbs. My boobs have not gotten any smaller... It used to be hard to dress because it was just hard to find clothes that fit me and that I didn't hate... Now I still have the same problem. If it fits good on my waist and hips it does not fit my boobs at all!!! and if it fits my chest it's too big everywhere else!!! Seriously....16

Ditto! It also didn't make bra shopping easier. The band size going down, but the cup size not going down makes for even less options.8 -
Kind of gross, but nobody told me that all my t-shirts would have sweat stained armpits from working out! Seriously think I am going to have to invest in some new ones soon or only wear black. They are all clean but still stained!17

Both of you. Realize the rare combo of a skinny waist and huge tits are things a lot of people pay a lot of money for.

I honestly have only tried to bra shop one time about 2 weeks ago and got so frustrated about the band to cup size situation that I just gave up and left with nothing. I've just been wearing the ones I have that are too big around, hoping and dreaming that as I continue to lose weight they will get smaller to make life more manageable.1 -

You should probably go to Victoria's Secret and get measured so you know your size. Then order your bras online from retailers that carry your size.5 -

I agree that getting a true fitting. I went to a bra shop and got measured, it does help, but finding my size is still difficult and expensive. Victoria Secret isn't an option for me, they don't go to my cup size1 -

Ordering online is a less frustrating option than going to stores. You should try it after you get measured.0 -
- Realizing that my weight wasn't the thing that made me unhappy. It was however the trauma from bullying and mean words I've endured from childhood to adolescence (even from grown ups). I needed therapy to save me from my own self.
- My breasts got smaller (was already small though so not a big deal)
- Your health isn't better automatically with lower weight. I got high cholesterol and I'm "thin" now.
- You can find love even when you're heavy. I didn't believe that.
- I can finally wear rings!
- I can finally wear shorts!! It took me a year to realize that I can. My mind was blocking me in this.
- You will be called anorexic by several "good people" or ask you if you eat nothing or just puke your food (when you're like 120 pounds at 5'1). Ironically the same people who would approach you and tell you that you need to lose weight and that you're very overweight. (eat chocolate in front of them or any "fat" food -so worth it hahaha)
- I eventually found out that I care about myself and try for my best not just diet wise but when it comes to my education and the quality of my relationships!39 -

Even then it can be frustrating... years ago I used to order a lot from catalogues (online shopping wasn't really A Thing for me at that time), and I could order six bras in the same size which would all fit differently. Sometimes even different styles from the same brand would fit wrong! I'd be lucky if I got one or two that were wearable, and the rest would have to go back. (I found that Panache had the best fit for me at the time, but even those could vary.)
Those of you with larger boobs, check out the Hips & Curves website. (www.hipsandcurves.com) They do beautiful lingerie in larger cup sizes and often at reasonable prices, although I'm not sure what the smallest band sizes are that they carry. It could be worth a look though!

*Cleaning out the clothes closet and fitting in the "Between" clothes.
*The messy bedroom from trying on all the new "old" clothes from your closet.
*The un-organization in your home because you now want to tackle all those projects due to increased energy and can not prioritize them.23 -

THIS!!! I have been measured and know what size I need now. I ordered a couple online and they didn't fit so I ended up returning them and going to a different store to just try on what I could find in my size. Which wasn't much. And every single one of them fit differently. So I just gave up.2 -
