I weighed in today and no change, still an even 5lbs down. I had too much sodium today and not enough water, aiming for 10 glasses tomorrow!! Any tips girls in the water department? Have a great night and long weekend!0

I carry around a water bottle but I had the same problem after my first five pounds. I upped my calories about 2-300 and fit in an extra workout, then dropped them back down and it came falling off after about the 4th day. Also those lemon squeeze bottles you get at the store go great in plain water.2 -

I didn't log in yesterday but I lost .4lb yesterday! I ate well this weekend and got in 9937 steps yesterday, just shy of 10k. I'm liking the October Walking Challenge, it's motivating for me. I plan to drink my 10 cups of water, eat well and under my calories. And workout! Happy Monday2

I've done well with eating these last couple days, under calories. Monday I had 11,009 steps and today 13,279. I'm liking this October Walking Challenge. I made it to the gym today also. I joined the Amazing Raxe Challenfe, starts on 10/17 and I'm excited about it!! There are a few slots left as of earlier this evening. Night2

I had a really nice day with my boys, we went to Leesburg for travel soccer game and enjoyed the game, beautiful scenery and weather. My 10 yr old now has an Up tracker and we're in a 3 day duel! I'm excited to start Amazing Race Challenge on Monday. 10,748 steps today, 8 glasses of water today, I plan get more in tomorrow. Oh, I was down .6lbs this am3

I completed my water today, 4/5!! I went to the gym and did strength training/weight lifting for 30 minutes and walked for 45 tonight! Im just starting strength/weight training and I'm a little sore in a good way. I was under on my calories and had a great day overall! Good night all.3

Friday weigh in! I was thinking my weight had stalled because I haven't dropped any this really the last few days however the weight I'd been looking at is 176. So I did get my two pound weight loss. Two days ago I was 175.2, but it probably doesn't count because I hadn't been drinking enough water. I fit a few workouts in earlier this week but my 7 week old has had some horrible sleep patterns here lately. I will hopefully fit a few more in the coming week. I need to keep my water up as well. I have also been pretty consistent with calorie counting and my macros are averaging out well too. Next week's goal is 174.

26 pounds left of my 68 pregnancy gain.
This week I upped my calories for a few days as I had seemingly stalled out but i made good choices. I didn't hit my two pound mark but I'm at 174.4! I had a 1.6 pound weight loss which is good enough for me! Even had a pumpkin spice latte yesterday too!

10/7: 174.4 CW hit my first mini goal of 175! Next big goal is 165
GW: 150 pre pregnancy weight.

171.2! I missed last weeks weigh in even though I was down to 173. I'm almost to the 150s which is awesome. I need to fit in some workouts but it's been incredibly hard with a 10 week old defying all of her naps. Here's to a happy and healthy week!!!

I won't post my weight here, but I've been steadily losing 2 pounds a week since August. It's the first time I've lost over 20 pounds in years!!!

Lost 2lbs this week! Only made it to the gym three times but was under my calorie goal every day!

Lost 2.5lbs in two weeks. Slow moving but still going in the right direction! Haven't worked out too much the last couple weeks but started upping that again a couple days ago. I have an ambitious goal of 3lbs in 10 days to hit my diet bet!1 -

Try keeping a bottle of water on your bathroom counter. Every time you go drink up before you leave. We all know how often we're in there when we are hydrated, it's bound to increase your intake!1 -

I've been eating well under calories and drinking lots of water. Getting lots of fiber in also. I've been doing strength training for a few days now and I really like it. Enjoying participating in Fall Fun Amazing Race and October Walk Challenge. I didn't lose today when I weighed in today but lost 1.8 in the last week. I'm now down 9.2 lbs and looking forward to 10! Y'all have a great week!
