Just do the best you can...it's really a challenge with yourself to get more activity - which you are doing, so don't beat yourself up. I see you joined the Amazing Race Challenge, so I'm sure that will help to get your activity numbers up. But just remember, if you don't quite make the goal this month, reset it for next month and try again. It's all about becoming more active and not giving up.
It's funny; the challenge sounds deceptively easy. 24 hours in a month doesn't sound like much especially when we get 24 hours each day. But then you realize that it is an hour a day 6 days a week for 4 weeks. Or more than an hour per session if you want to work out fewer days per week. It ends up being 2 hours per day if you only work out 3 days a week for 4 weeks. It really does take a pretty serious commitment level to make the goal. But you can do it!!0 -

@b3achy thanx alot for modification, and your advice to rest this month sounds good but i won't do it even if i will not reach the goal (24 hours/month), because if i quit this month I'll quit next month too, but if i complete and try untill the last breath and lose.. next month I'll fight untill the last breath and achieve more hours of exercising or 24 hours

Expected a 5-10mph headwind and light chop...instead paddled in a 10-15mph headwind with moderate chop. It was brutal, but still a good day on the water. Saw a big old sea turtle (just the head) battling the waves today too (scared me at first because I didn't know what it was). No dolphins, but some crabs, rays and lots of jumping mullet. Going to go pass out now...

Ugh, I've been retaining water, and hoping the bloat drops by tomorrow's record weigh in. Also tweaked my shoulder this week so have been icing it and having to avoid some activities. Realized that I've been ignoring the time it takes for me to load/unload my SUP at home and at launch point, and finally timed it today (Good grief 9 minutes on each end of my paddling). I retro'd some time for Tuesday of this week, but won't go back further than that since it is too much of a pain to adjust all the minutes. But I will be including it here on out.
