I've started one of those fitness challenge groups here on MFP so I'm gonna have to up my game for the next 8 weeks so I can help my team achieve a well-deserved victory. They seem like a motivated and deserving group, so I'm gonna do my part to help make it happen! :D

Today was weights day again. (finished up what I didn't complete yesterday.)
Tomorrow will be a cross-country run in the hills.

Increase my water intake. I'm really bad at that. Getting my 10,000 steps in. Going to bed at a decent time. I'm a night owl

    Your profile picture looks awesome!!!

I hope the thread isn't dying. But I have not kept my bargain of posting on here either. :(

I want to promise that I will now but I have said that in the past. So I'll just do it instead of talking about it. I had a great annual checkup again, complete with blood work and every thing, so I want to keep it going!

I think I'll join a group also to keep me motivated. Good idea!

    Goals for today, Friday:

    1. 40 minutes stationary bike
    2. Put laundered clothes away
    3. Clean out refrigerator

So that's it for today. So some background about my goals:

    A. Finally learned the difference between stationery and stationary. Stationary is the one I should be using for my bike exercising since it is and object not moving. And stationery is about pens, paper and stuff like that. I used to use them interchangeably and it always bothered me so I decided to finally look it up.

    B. Laundry needs to be put away! I still have clothes from last week that is still lingering! WILL DO IMMEDIATELY!

    C. I am pretty sure I have more than 4 available containers if I would just go through the one in the fridge!!

Saturday will be some kind of cardio - probably a long hike in the hills.
    Sunday is weights day again.

Since today is almost over I will focus on drinking water tonight and preparing for beginner hip-hop at the gym. Haven't taken dance class for about 15 years!

OK I guess I don't have the strike out figure right now. Oh well. I didn't need it any way. I did not complete any of these Friday goals. I put away half my laundry so that's why it's highlighted but didn't do the rest. I had a super busy weekend. I will keep these three on my list until completed.

    1. 40 minutes stationary bike
    2. Put laundered clothes away
    3. Clean out refrigerator

my main goal was just to actually wake up and workout. On Sundays it's normally hard for me not to be incredibly lazy but I managed to get up and workout at 9:00AM. Now for the rest of the day I just need to not eat anything too crazy.

So I didn't do any, but I think I was getting ahead of myself. I will try smaller goals on weekends next time.

Or maybe just fewer goals so you don't get overwhelmed.

    Today's goal:
    rest day! :D

Just finding this thread now and as a maintainer I love it- for myself goal setting is important to stay oriented.

Today's goal: Slay another 5 on the dreadmill tonight to keep with my training program even though I'm tired af and I have to wait until all my kids are in bed. Also no more stupid dietary decisions for the day (lol). I admittedly maintain on a higher allotment (3000-3100ish) but having 2400 already obliterated by 1 is some shenanigans on my part.
