And it was achieved on Sunday! I'm 59,8 now and want to stabilise my weight for this week. For some reason I expect weight to jump up to sixties again... I honestly don't remember last time when I had 5 on the front! Maybe in primary school?...lol

I'm leaving for Hong Kong on Saturday.. I haven't seen anyone there since last September.. 40 pounds ago.

So far ive lost 2 stone, while gaining muscle.
I have set a mini goal between now and Christmas to lose another 6 to 8 lbs to take me into the new year.2 -
Can't wait to break into the 150's range--Haven't been there in nearly 30 years. It will also put me in the normal BMI range.
Just realized that I can probably wear tights again too. I gave up trying to find ones that would fit when I was heavier, but at this point, I look forward to shopping for some and maybe having the guts to wear them with a skirt or dress that is above the knees.8 -
my goal is to lose 8 lbs per month to be healthier by a cruise at the end of March 2017. Hoping I can do it this time around! I can usually eat great all day and then the evening kills all my hard work. Down 7 lbs so far.6

I just had to look up plantar faciitis. I've had really bad pain in my feet for a few months and this sounds like something I might have as well. I am on my feet all day at work- My fitbit says I walk about 7 miles during that time. I hope you're healing well. I couldn't imagine running with this. Good luck on your goal!1 -
Around this time of the year I lean up as much as possible then I let the nuts hang out from the start of Christmas week. It's gonna be good feast this Christmas.2

To break through the 170S into the 160s. 170 is what I call my "trampoline weight" in the sense that in every weight loss attempt in the past, the minute I hit 170-173, and can't get any lower, i discuorage and make my way back up and uppp and uppppppp. Not this time. I have been at 172-3 ish since early september. Have not broken through yet, but have not trampolined out either. I am not giving up. I will do this !

I have lost 50 pounds since starting with MFP. I hope to lose 5 more and maintain +/- 4 pounds.
When? I'm just taking it a day at a time. The weight came off quite a bit faster when I started. Now it's VERY slow. I'm probably down 1/2 pound every 2-3 weeks or so. But I know that I don't want to cut anymore, and there is no rush to get to goal weight.
I'll probably be able to add about 100 calories a day when I hit maintenance. Not exactly a big splurge!5 -
Last year when I lost weight, I purchased a scooter to ride with my son. I need be under 217 to ride it. Just 6lbs more to go...

1) To get through my birthday tomorrow without a major pig-out
2) To shift another 5lbs as that will mean that I've lost just over half of my original body weight. Still a way to go after that though . . . but I'm getting there11 -
