Was wondering why I'm so tired, but looking at my activity, I just realized I've done something everyday for the past 8 days straight which included two long paddles for me, and starting strength training. I might have to take a break this weekend.

Ugh, I've been retaining water, and hoping the bloat drops by tomorrow's record weigh in. Also tweaked my shoulder this week so have been icing it and having to avoid some activities. Realized that I've been ignoring the time it takes for me to load/unload my SUP at home and at launch point, and finally timed it today (Good grief 9 minutes on each end of my paddling). I retro'd some time for Tuesday of this week, but won't go back further than that since it is too much of a pain to adjust all the minutes. But I will be including it here on out.

Woot! Hit the Goal today! Totally exhausted from working in the yard for 3 hours - pulling vines/weeds, trimming palm, trimming back/cleaning up bird of paradise bush - got three bags of lawn waste to show for my efforts, though frighteningly still not done.
