Well, almost at goal for SUP, but way behind for glider/walking. Will probably get some mileage next week as I anticipate potentially being land bound. We'll see if I can at least get 1/2 way to my walking goal. May have to adjust it down for next month since I started weight lifting and that is taking time away from jumping on the glider nightly - just too tired most days.
1 October: no miles, just cleaning the closet.
2 October: 3.3 miles SUP (race)** (Updated, billed as a 4 mile race, was much shorter)

Thanks for all the good wishes. I was really surprised to see my step count - getting to and from the doc every other day, and having to Excercise the puppy has clearly kept me more active than I realised (or frankly needed / wanted). I am feeling a lot better now, and the pain is so much more under control.
