November 2016 30 Day Fitness Challenges
Abs + Legs + Glutes!
Hello again!
We started together in August (thanks again @BABetter1) and I know you've seen progress! As of November 1, 2016, there will be eight weeks and four days left in 2016. That's a little over eight weeks to reach your 2016 health & fitness goals. For weight loss, that translates to:
.5 pounds per week = a 4 pound loss
1 pound per week = an 8 pound loss
1.5 pounds per week = a 12 pound loss
2 pounds per week = 16 pounds gone bye, bye!
Join me on November 1st for this abs, legs & glute challenge. All are welcome. Check-in daily. Do your best and as always GO GET YOUR GOALS!

Let's remember to take our measurements & lots and lots and lots of before/November 1st pictures! As I said, my progress is real! I've been doing these challenges since August 1st & I've lost over 12"!

Ok,so I just looked to day 30. Abs, fine. Legs, ouch but yeah will get there. Glutes...what?!? that's insane! My glutes started spasming just reading it! Hahaha6

@Timothyh27 @lbenson2006 This could be our next challenge? Of course with the exception of the squats for you Tim!! I may eliminate the squats too, just because of timing. I still run and go to the gym when I am doing challenges! What do you guys think?2

@joanna2012b and @Timothyh27 - I'm in if you guys are in!! If it starts getting hard time wise on the higher days, I might cut something out too but will try to stick with it. That's my main areas of focus right now and will be so happy to be done with the push ups and pull ups.1

Welcome @arla4744 @SammeeBoud @Joanna2012B @Timothyh27 @lbenson2006 @sescobar74 @lorilouroo & @leciafe! This is the November 2016 Abs + Legs + Glutes Challenge; however, we know that this journey is totally different for each of us. Do what you can! Check-in daily & share your successes & struggles. I've been doing these monthly challenge posts since August 1st and since that time (I do other exercises as well), I've gone from 214 to 193.5 & over this same time period I lost more than 12" overall!
@am_change, the beauty of these challenges is that we start modestly & grow . . . Some days are better than others; some days we surprise ourselves. Last month I never thought I'd work my way up to a three minute plank (okay, I have to be honest - I made it to a 2 minute 59 second plank). Remember, you don't have to do the higher rep days all at once! Break things up into your morning & evening activities, do what you have to! Our bodies are capable of so much; it's our minds that we have to convince!
I hope you ALL will at least try!
