November 2016 30 Day Fitness Challenges
Abs + Legs + Glutes!

Hello again!

We started together in August (thanks again @BABetter1) and I know you've seen progress! As of November 1, 2016, there will be eight weeks and four days left in 2016. That's a little over eight weeks to reach your 2016 health & fitness goals. For weight loss, that translates to:

.5 pounds per week = a 4 pound loss
1 pound per week = an 8 pound loss
1.5 pounds per week = a 12 pound loss
2 pounds per week = 16 pounds gone bye, bye!

Join me on November 1st for this abs, legs & glute challenge. All are welcome. Check-in daily. Do your best and as always GO GET YOUR GOALS!
