@joanna2012b and @Timothyh27 - I'm in if you guys are in!! If it starts getting hard time wise on the higher days, I might cut something out too but will try to stick with it. That's my main areas of focus right now and will be so happy to be done with the push ups and pull ups.1

Welcome @arla4744 @SammeeBoud @Joanna2012B @Timothyh27 @lbenson2006 @sescobar74 @lorilouroo & @leciafe! This is the November 2016 Abs + Legs + Glutes Challenge; however, we know that this journey is totally different for each of us. Do what you can! Check-in daily & share your successes & struggles. I've been doing these monthly challenge posts since August 1st and since that time (I do other exercises as well), I've gone from 214 to 193.5 & over this same time period I lost more than 12" overall!
@am_change, the beauty of these challenges is that we start modestly & grow . . . Some days are better than others; some days we surprise ourselves. Last month I never thought I'd work my way up to a three minute plank (okay, I have to be honest - I made it to a 2 minute 59 second plank). Remember, you don't have to do the higher rep days all at once! Break things up into your morning & evening activities, do what you have to! Our bodies are capable of so much; it's our minds that we have to convince!
I hope you ALL will at least try!

A little announcement for the newbies, if you're looking for more accountability & like communicating with a team, consider marking your calendars for November 7th. This is the start of the next 10 week, Biggest Loser Challenge. This is one of many great challenges you will find in the "Challenges" thread. There's also Kill the Fat, Ultimate Accountability & you just missed the start of the fall Amazing Race. I'm not trying to overwhelm you, but I just want you to know there's A LOT of support on MFP if you want or need it! I caution you, however, some of these challenges are highly competitive & can be time consuming. On the other hand, all of them are so much fun! I've met people from all over the world through MFP.
My diary is open if anyone is looking for a friend. Thanks @Ptricia99 for reaching out.

To "join" this challenge simply touch/highlight the tiny star on the right of, "November 30 Day Fitness Challenges" (it should turn yellow). This will prevent you from having to search for it among the many other listed challenges.
This thread, unlike other groups does not require you to sign up or "join". Just come back to this thread & check-in daily & let us know your progress.
