I just won tickets to see Parkway drive on Wednesday. Yessss.

Fantastic. I wasn't too impressed with Ire at first (I still think Deep Blue was their best work), but after adding it to my lifting rotation for a while, it's definitely grown on me.

Deep Blue is definitely my favorite album as well. They were *AMAZING* Live. And I was in a tiny little venue with a max of 1000 capacity of people. Unfortunately I was basically passing out from a migraine by the time they got to stage but I fought my best against it whenever I heard one of my favorite songs lol

I know the feeling. I felt like death the last time I saw Katatonia and Opeth together. However, a show like that is rare as *kitten* in my area, so I wasn't about to let it stop me. Besides, Mike was clearly sick, and if he could belt his way through Blackwater Park and White Cluster (flawlessly I might add) with the flu, I had no excuse.

GWAR!!! They played a local club back in the early 90s and they never managed to get the 'blood' off the walls ever since haha!

PS - Is your username based on the Slayer song title?

I absolutely love every single kind of metal subgenre there is. When I'm working out, I'm always listening to either the Metallica or Iron Maiden station on Pandora. Kicks *kitten* every time!

I'm in Denver for the week for work. Had to find a local supplier in a hurry to get some fiber optic patch cables. First place I called had exactly what I needed. I walked in and was like *kitten* yes I'll buy patch cables from a guy in a Kataklysm shirt. He gets future business from me.
