    Felt like crap today, so it was a light day - didn't go to the gym and instead just mostly did stuff for the Amazing Race challenge that I'm also doing. Pretty stoked I did 41 hours this month, which was the most I've done so far! The AR challenge really pushed me to be more active in the later part of the month.

    3 October: 32 min Gazelle (2.05 miles); 3 min Planks (6 x 30 sec - straight arm); 6 min Kettlebell = 41 minutes
    4 October: 45 min Gazelle (3.07 miles); 3 min Planks (3 x 60 sec - straight arm) = 48 minutes
    5 October: Still sick and just not feeling it today.
    6 October: 30 min Storm Prep/Moving Stuff Inside; 30 min Gazelle (2.02 miles) = 60 minutes
