I thought about doing extra too, but I will enjoy the break....besides I did my challenges right after my 5.5km run this morning
I am not doing the glute challenge. I do way too many squats, lunges and bridges in my classes and the amount I run...I think that may over do it!!1 -

I've been looking at this Challenge and I've already stated I'm in... I just didn't realize it's a 3 part challenge so I am going to do 2 parts of the three ... The Abs and the legs... I'm going to avoid the glutes this month... Just got off an extreme squat challenge and while I don't mind doing a few each day... Prob keep it at 50 to 100 ... I don't want to go that extreme 2 months in a row haha!3

And those squats nearly killed me! I really need to spread them out over the day instead of trying to do them in one sitting (so to speak)!
Oddly enough I could keep on lunging for hours (I had reached 50 when I realized that I only needed to do 6 ), but I was an active member of the local fencing club before I packed on 50kg.2 -

The numbers on the glutes planner were a little daunting this morn so I split them and did half then and half tonight. Not sure if that was the right thing or not but it got the job done. All in all it only took a few minutes so I may try it in one go tomorrow.1 -

I did all three variations of the calf raises & I found the double leg lifts the most difficult of all the moves. @sg122, did you have a problem with the hip thrusts? Remember guys, Rome wasn't built in a day and . . .

Day 1 completed of ABS, legs , glutes. I'm sticking with the day one workout for the glutes for the month. The ab work outs will be the hardest for me, I may need to use my exercise ball for some of the crunches. I have a weak neck and back muscles.2

OK guys just finished my first day ... awww the glues was the hardest due to hernias so I had to cut some of those down lol but I'm gonna keep trying2
