    I did all three variations of the calf raises & I found the double leg lifts the most difficult of all the moves. @sg122, did you have a problem with the hip thrusts? Remember guys, Rome wasn't built in a day and . . .

    In case @MiamiSeoul doesn't see this in time...just jump right in, do your best at completing day one and let us know how it went. Sometimes I do a simple Day X is done and sometimes I elaborate on my struggles or triumphs!! Welcome!

    Day 1 completed of ABS, legs , glutes. I'm sticking with the day one workout for the glutes for the month. The ab work outs will be the hardest for me, I may need to use my exercise ball for some of the crunches. I have a weak neck and back muscles.

    OK guys just finished my first day ... awww the glues was the hardest due to hernias so I had to cut some of those down lol but I'm gonna keep trying

    Late to reply. I work 3rd shift and was too drained the night before to do my day 1, but finished all 3 challenges before the clock struck 12! Abs and legs weren't bad, but the glutes kicked my butt (my knees have always hated squats).
    For the glutes I ended up splitting the exercises. I would do 10 squats then 10 hip thrusts and so on until I got to the goal. May not have been the best thing for results, but my knees sure thanked me when it was over! If my knees allow, I may do day 2 fairly soon!
