Day 2 done with minutes to spare!
I thought I would have to leave out the glutes today, my thighs were so sore I could barely get up and down the stairs at home and at work. Decided to try anyway and completed the WHOLE challenge! SO surprised with myself! NO pain no gain, am I right?3 -

I know! But I've now remembered years ago a physio told me they're amazing for helping lower back pain cos weak glutes are a major contributor. Judging from the burn, mine are most definitely weak!1 -

You can log mine into the same category! It's pathetic really!
Reason more to do every last one of them even if it kills me. Just imagine that nice booty we'll all be parading around come next summer2 -

Done with the ABS, Legs, AND Glutes challenges. I misread the glutes day 3 work out and did the Bulgarian split squats. I definitely could feel them.1

Day 3 of abs and most of legs done. Had to skip glutes due to pain in my thighs. I did the 8 squats of the leg challenge but when I went to do the lunges the pain was starting to get worse. I'm hoping to make up for it tomorrow!0
