Days 5, 6, and 7 done...whew!! Glad one of the days was a rest day for two of them!! Back on track now.4

Day 7 done! So glad it's a rest day for the glutes. Made the other two challenges go a lot smoother.2

I snuck in the legs and day 6 glutes in sets of 10 throughout the day yesterday. Only had the hip thrusts and abs left in the evening - no way I'm doing either of those in the office...2 -

Split squats are evil . . . oh, I said that already.?!.?! Also, why do I feel the need to do bicep curls with them & lunges - DAMN YOU JILLIAN MICHAELS!!!2 -

Think I forgot to post yesterday but did it. About to do today's glutes. Just checking is everyone doing 30 on each side or 30 altogether? Last time did 25 on each leg for both . Thanks!1
