Day 10 & 11 done... gosh I hate that I got so behind... Decided to switch up the plain lunges for curtsy lunges since my hips feel really tight...good for those inner thighs too I think!

I really was hoping this wasn't the advice I was going to get I was only continuing because the pain never started until I got to 100. It may be because I haven't exercised in years and started a very challenging plan, but of course I'm no doctor and will be consulting with mine as soon as I possibly can.1 -

Day 15 done. Anyone still doing the glutes one?? Those hip thrusts are getting ridiculous!! Still in two sets but barely made it today!5

And managed deadlifts for the first time in my life without hurting myself. I my personal trainer! I'm a work in progress but he's never give up on me, even when I had give up on myself!2 -

Whoo-hoo! I so admire your courage. I won't ever be able to do those because of my back, but I'm not sure I could do them at all!

Day 14 and 15 glutes and legs done. Yay for rest days on both. I'm out of abs now as it was making my back do some funny twinges and with previous disc problems I'm steering clear!
Wowee the glutes challenge is something else!3 -
Up to date. Added some new leg exercises as I do not jump.3

Hehe I started working with him 4 years ago. I was nearly a cripple then because of my back. He kept pushing when the physio gave up since there was no "mechanical" cause. Just a cup G pulling on everything and not enough muscles to hold it all together. I was actually surprised how easy it seemed.1 -
Days 14 and 15 done. Gonna be playing catch up due to migraines the past 2 days. Hopefully going to get day 16 done today as well.1
