Great job!!
I literally came to this thread to post about now being able to do 15 push ups in a row which happened this morning! There was a time that I couldn't even do 1 full unmodified push up! I had no idea at some point I'd be able to do 15!! Next stop 20!18 -
This pic - taken this morning - is my most-recent NSV
Yes, the angles are favorable...but it's still me. Seeing my upper body begin to take shape is encouraging as all heck. I have 25-30lbs of fat left...then things get real
Heaviest: 262lbs
SW: 248lbs
CW 223.x lbs.
GW: 185
Am 6' 1/2" for reference.

Yesterday, my doctor recommended that I come off the blood pressure medication. He then joked that he should take my picture and put it on the wall, because he rarely ever gets to make that recommendation to people.44

@KareninLux I love it! Yesterday, I started working on incline push ups. (I was doing them in the girls restroom at work) Got to take advantage of it while you can.10

No muffin top in my favorite jeans! : ) I took a picture, but Android app doesn't cooperate with pictures so...YEAH for me!21

congratulations.

I wore a dress to work last week that didn't fit on the first day of my MFP journey, it was the dress that made me say this is enough and I started logging that day.21

Ran a 5K on Sunday!!! Ran the whole thing, didn't come in last (!), and had fun. And I hit 280 pounds that morning = 40 pounds lost. Next stop: New Year's Day First Run!70 -
@kingleahnidas I LOVE that photo. You look so happy and successful. Rock on with your awesome self!6

Hey everyone! Today my nsv was completing my very first program! I've committed to many different ones through out the years, this time I kept to it and completed the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels! I'm so excited to choose and complete another program!27

Last fall, I bought a cute (and nonreturnable) vest online but it was too small and didn't zip up. Today, it was a little chilly and I pulled the vest out of my closet, held my breath aaaand... it zipped up fine over a bulky sweater and I've gotten compliments on it all day!!28

So excited to be wearing for the first time in my life:
1) a sweater dress
2) tights
3) a dress above the knee
Yay!! 94.6 lbs down and shopping isn't such a drag anymore.

@TheBlizz35 You are beautiful! I looked at your profile to get a clearer image of your before. You do not look your age at all. Great job!4

@TheBlizz35 you look so beautiful & that is basically my platonic ideal of an outfit.3

Another mom I was chatting with called me lean. Me?! Maybe she was just being polite, but I had to resist the urge to turn around and see if she was talking about someone behind me. I also ran another 8k. Doing it once was sweet, but going back out there and doing it again makes me feel like maybe this really is my new normal.23
-
@TheBlizz35 you are stunning! That is a gorgeous outfit and you are so pretty. I can't wait to buy "regular clothes."4

Found some old pants that I probably used to wear about 5 years ago and I slipped right in em with no problem.16

I ran for 5 mins without my knee killing me. Did 16 mins running off and on yesterday and today!! Buying new workout pants a size down!18

They need to add "like" buttons to posts. Some of you have some awesome NSVs!I went out with friends for dinner and had starter, main and dessert for less than 800 calories. This was rather than consider the night as a cheat and helping myself to anything on the menu. A big one for me.
The other was having a very valid reason not to exercise but choosing to anyway. I am not someone who likes exercising but I am liking the benefits and choosing to be healthy rather than being sedentary.

A wonderful lady in body pump class at my gym came up and told me the gym should use me as an advertisement for success, especially since I lost the weight and have maintained now for almost a year. Made me so happy!33

I was able for the first time since 2011 when I got them for Christmas to zip up the pair of blue jean capri pants my dad got me. I've been able to pull them up and over my bottom, but never could get the front close enough to zip, let alone button them close. Tonight, I could do both. Yay!24

Enjoying clothes shopping again! Size 12 jeans that are actually a little roomy. The freedom of not wanting to hide in baggy sweatpants, oversized tshirts and sweatshirts anymore. Down 62 lbs45 -
Sadly about the only thing I can claim as a NSV is that I can walk without severe pain in my feet and heel.46

I needed to go to the loo on a plane. One of my biggest fears because I never fit. Well I fit ....very comfortably lol32

I was sick and took a break from logging but still tried to make more health conscious choices and keep an awareness of my portion sizes. The scale hasn't moved much in 3-4 weeks but upon measuring the other day it appears I am still losing inches!17
