I've missed A LOT of yummy posts! Wowza, ya'll are killing me.
Last night's dinner: Spinach & Feta Chickpea Burgers. I served with homemade trail mix bread, dollop of lemon-dill greek yogurt dip, and potatoes. Pretty good even though I had to substitute a different cheese since we didn't have as much feta as I though. Sad puppy.
Sorry, this is from forever ago! And you may have already responded but I didn't want to go digging through the forum, but how did you make these chickpea burgers? Is it a fried chickpea flour like a pakora or canned chickpeas smashed up? It looks delicious and with feta and spinach and lemon dill yogurt..oh yea, mouth watering.0 -

Momofuku is definitely a fun place to check out! I discovered them in New York two years ago and just recently got another fix in Toronto. I never stopped thinking about them! The crack pie is good- it's got a nice, buttery flavour and the crunchy, slightly sticky texture works well. The compost cookie is their most famous and I like that it's got so much going on. I recommend that one and the cornflake chocolate chip marshmallow. I especially love Momofuku's cake truffles- those may be my fave treat. Their cereal milk ice cream is worth trying, too.1 -
