I'm the same way. Workouts always seem to get rescheduled when I'm busy or stressed. And yet, I know I always feel less stressed after a workout. lol12 -
Loving the inspiration from everyone on here

Ran my last marathon this past September, and have not run a step since. The plan is to get out there today and start putting the miles in again.10

This year is the big 4-0 for me. I used to be a huge fitness enthusiast. I am sad to say I have been off the wagon for a few years because my kids stay so busy in activities. However, I am not longer using that as an excuse. I am ready to put in the work so I can feel better about myself and have more energy! Please feel free to add me so I can absorb some of you guys' awesome dedication!! Nice to meet you all!11

I'm 48, and always looking for more active friends in my age group.26

36 in se pa looking to start a healthy lifestyle and becoming more active!5

I barely qualify for this group due to my advanced age (59). With that said, I am fairly active, training 9-12hrs/week. I"ve registered for a number of races in 2017, including the Virginia Beach Marathon and two Half Iron distance triathlons, the Patriotman 70.3 in June and the Ironman 70.3 Lake Placid in September.
Would enjoy sharing information and learning from others who have an interest in health and fitness.15 -

I'm only 3 years outside of my 20's, for pete's sake. That said, anyone reading this, please feel free to add me!

56 took a year off after an injury. Unfortunately when your this young the pounds just keep adding up. I'm using mfp to track what I eat in both p -c - f and calories running reduced cals. Three pounds fell off in a week. Started working out again for about an hour in the mornings 6 days a week. Doing p90x insanity hybrid. I used to work out 6 days a week doing that plus 3 nights a week doing martial arts. Not sure how far I can get back into the arts as I permanently F'd up my clavical but I hope to drop weight, firm up and give it ago again late January. So that's what I'm about at the moment, just clean eating low cals and working out5
