I've done only a minute yesterday and a minute today, bring me to a grand total of 6 whole minutes. But some of that was in proper plank mode, off my forearms and everything.2

I'm in I'm new to planking so I'm breaking it up by doing what I can I'll be doing forearm/elbow planks. my start date is Monday 9th of Jan. As I get stronger, I'll increase my time it will be interesting to see what I can get to by the end of the Month.3
