Current weight - 142 lbs (10st 2lbs)
January goal - 140 lbs (10st)
Ultimate goal - 130 lbs (9st 4lbs)
I know my Jan goal isnt very ambitious. But I will feel defeated if I dont reach my goal.
Little and often is better for me and then if I do better, great.
Also my weight fluctuates a lot depending on my cycle.

Hey, everyone! Going to try a challenge to keep me accountable
Starting weight - heaviest, about 220 lbs. starting with MFP was around 216.
Current weight - 206.8 lbs.
January goal - 200 lbs.
Ultimate goal - 160 lbs.

I lost 5 pounds in December...I was hoping to drop 10 but at least I dropped 5..
